I'll post bad reviews, too!

"My best friend emailed me and
and told me to read your book. It relates to her life right now. She is
moving to Florida and leaving me behind, her best friend of seven years. Her
life feels like it's falling apart. Well, I just wanted to let you know that
The Serious Kiss is the best book we've read, because it totally relates to
our lives, except we don't have a crush on any guys since we go to an
all-girls school!"
-- Rose Marie, 15

"One of the best parts of the
book is when Libby realizes that she can actually talk to her grandmother.
How she explains that older people are lonely and her whole conversation
with Libby is very powerful. The plot grips the reader, making the reader
want to find out if Libby gets her serious kiss. And, the end of the book
leaves a lot of room for a sequel, a very good thing. Awesome job!"

"Fourteen-year-old
Libby has drama to spare--she's moving to a new town with her totally
dysfunctional parents. Libby's convinced that life would be easier if she
could just find a guy and snag a serious kiss...but she has no idea
how complicated her life is about to get. You'll be rooting for her all the
way to the end!"
